CHANCE2DANCE 🎈 

We know how much many of our pupils love to perform & we are very excited to share that our place to perform with Chance2Dance has now been confirmed! We are excited to offer pupils the opportunity to take to the stage at the Birmingham Hippodrome on Saturday 3rd June 2023! This amazing performance opportunity is open to all pupils aged 5 years +  who attend our modern or freestyle classes but spaces will be limited!

When: Saturday 3rd June

Time: Performance at 11am 

Where: Birmingham Hippodrome 

Costs: £25 registration fee per performer (includes t-shirt to keep provided on show day), minimum of 2 ticket sales per performer (ticket prices range from £20-£32) + Costume fee (approx £30-£40)

Spaces available: 40 to 49

THE DAY 

8:00 - 8:45am - Arrival time & registration for dancers - taken to dressing rooms

9:00am - Welcome & safety talks in the main auditorium 

9:30am - Finale run through on stage with the whole cast 

10am - dancers return to dressing rooms and get ready, doors open for spectators 

10:30am - rehearsals begin in costume 

11:00sm - show time! Act 1 & Act 2 with a 20 min interval 

1.30pm - approx finish time 

1.45-2.15 - dancers to be collected by parents

 

Dancer registration 

So that we can plan our routines, you will need to complete the form below to register for the event. Once places have been confirmed by us, all performers must then complete the online registration process on the Chance2Dance website to secure their place in the show. This should be completed no later than 6 weeks before show day. A registration fee of £25 is payable by each performer which includes a Chance2Dance finale t-shirt which will be provided to the dancer on the day of the show.

Tickets 

All performers are responsible for selling a minimum of 2 tickets but there is no limit to how many you can buy. Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis. For siblings taking part in the event, 2 tickers must be purchased on behalf of the family. All performing siblings must complete the registration process (a different email address needs to be used for each sibling). Tickets can be purchased via www.chance2.dance. Performers or parents will need to log into the dancer's account on the CHANCE2DANCE website to purchase tickets. The account will be st up during the registration process. Alternatively tickets can be booked via the box office on 01217458800 (weekdays 11am to 8pm).

What you need

All dancers will need an IDA t-shirt, IDA hoodie, black IDA leggings & black jazz shoes or black pumps for the finale. We will organise and size costumes and as always, we will try to keep costume prices low.
